Please ensure that your personal information is complete and correct, it is in your own interest to update us as soon as possible with any changes or if you wish to be removed from our database.
The details you provide us with must be the details held on record with your credit card company if that is how you choose to pay, as failure to do so may lead to delays in processing your order.

Security
You are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities on your account and password. If you believe this information has been compromised and is being misused contact us immediately.
We reserve the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to this website or cancel an order at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you immediately and you will incur no charge.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund of items only. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email to pots.to.inspire@gmail.com, or by post to the following address:-

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for postage costs of any returned items unless the goods being returned are faulty.

Cancellation Fees
Once an item has been purchased if cancelled by the purchaser paypal fees will be deducted from total refund.
Customer contact details.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure all contact details incl. delivery address and telephone number are correct at time of purchase as deliveries cannot be made to an alternative address. If cancelled due to incorrect information cancellation fees will be incurred.
DPD / APC courier deliveries
It is the customers responsibility to check for damage and shortages to items delivered. All couriers are signed for.
We must be notified by email together with photographic evidence within 48hrs of receiving goods to enable a claim.
We will not accept liability of goods damaged or missing after 48hrs.
You must keep all packaging the item arrived with to enable return.
Pallet deliveries
It is the customers responsibility to check for damage and shortages to items delivered.
All pallets must be signed for.
All items must be checked on receipt please remove outer packaging to check for any damage before signing.
If there is an issue with the item upon delivery we must be informed immediately by telephone 01268 747888 and images must be sent to pots.to.inspire@gmail.com to validate the issue. Any pallets returnring to us without following this procedure will be at a cost to the customer.
This must be noted to the driver to enable action of any claim.
Failure to do so will result in no refund or replacement of items.
All items issued correctly by us may be returned but will incur a 10% handling and restocking fee to cover costs. Once item is purchased you have entered in a contract incl. a delivery service which may be carried out by a third party courier. All pallet deliveries leave our premises upto 48hrs before your booked delivery date of which you will be liable for out going and return costs as this is part of the service once item has been purchased.

Pot information
Our pots are hand crafted from dark heavy clay or cement and fibre clay mix(terrazzo and riverstone) Clay Pots are fired to extreme temperatures in traditional wood burning kilns which causes firing imperfections and colour and size variations making each pot individual. This does not effect the
strength or integrity of the pot.
This process makes the pots FROST PROOF but all pots NEED to be raised off the ground on pot feet and 3 to 4 inches of drainage in the bottom of the pot is Vital in ensuring its frost resistance or discolouring (in Terrazzo/Riverstone)and ensuring free drainage during cold winter weather
Water Feature Information
Whilst all our pots are frost resistant all water features must be drained in cold weather as the water must not be allowed to freeze within the pot as this will cause damage to the water feature.
Pricing and availability
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in pounds sterling including the relevant taxes for the UK where applicable.
Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.
We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances, on extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will liaise and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately. We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability).
Some items may be dispatched direct from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless stated on your order conformation due to part of your order being for items under a different carriage charge structure.
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
